Personal Outline Plan-is the process of creating an action plan based on awareness, values, reflection, goal-setting and planning for personal development within the context of a career, education, relationship or for self-improvement.
Choose One Coaching Style- Career coaching, Life and Relationship coaching, or Spiritual Coaching
Two 30-Minute Check- In Sessions- in addition to the regular coaching sessions, this time will be spent as a check point to see how things are going.
Six 1-Hour Coaching Sessions- organized conversation on a specific topic of your choice.
